Criminal proceedings are initiated under the case of setting Margarita Moshchak’s car to fire

The criminal proceedings under the case of setting Margarita Moshchak’s car to fire – a chairman of regional department of Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Transcarpathian region, a member of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council (Part 2, Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional destruction or property damage committed by arson, explosion or other generally dangerous method, or property damage caused in especially large extent is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to fifteen years) are initiated in Uzhgorod DD of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region yesterday, June 10. The investigation course is taken on the Regional Prosector’s Office monitoring, – informs the Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office press service.

According to Uzhgorod Prosecutor Ivan Shtefaniuk, it was found out that unidentified set Margarita Moshchak’s car to fire yesterday, at around 6 a.m.

The car burned almost instantly. The fire destroyed the terrace of the house too. The cameras that were in the yard and covered the car parking area were also put in the case by the police officers.
