Criminal case against the credit union ‘Mriya’ is sent to the court

The human rights protection and financial interests is one of the priority directions of the regional prosecution’s office activity. Regional prosecution’s office approved the prosecution conclusion on April 28 and sent the criminal case to the court on the Article 191, Paragraph 5 about the prosecution of the four credit union ‘Mriya’ officers, who during 3 years by illegal credit registration for 64 people took possession of the mentioned credit union money and the public means in the amount of nearly half a million. This was announced by the Head of the Supervising Department of all special divisions and other bodies engaged in fighting against the organized crime, the Transcarpathian region prosecutor Aleksandr Andryshyn.
