The situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as 9.00 October 20:
During the past day, October 19, 131 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19.
902 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.
For the past 24hrs, 5 deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 338 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on October 20, 2020, 11956 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1142 are health care workers and 671 are children.

As of the morning of October 20, 2368 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
20 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod. One person died.
1436 people have recovered
31 persons have died.
56 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 855 are on outpatient treatment.
