COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of October 2 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

During the past day, October 1, 321 people sought emergency medical care, 29 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 21 were suspected of having COVID-19.

819 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

86 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 6 of them are medical workers, and 6 are children.

For the past 24hrs, one death among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 309 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

5031 patients have recovered.  

Overall, as of 9:00 am on October 1, 2020, 10004 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1018 are health care workers and 561 are children.

As of the morning of October 2, 1931 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

23 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

1170 people have recovered  

26 persons have died.
  
5 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 730 are on outpatient treatment. 

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have collected 121 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction test.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on October 2, there have been 217661 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 4261 were fatal, 96591 patients have recovered. During the day, 4633 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
