During the past day, August 9, 401 people sought emergency medical care, 26 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 25 were suspected of having COVID-19.
554 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.
44 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 5 of them are medical workers, and 2 are children.
For the past 24hrs, 2 deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 222 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died.
2497 patients have recovered.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on August 10, 2020, 5809 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 742 are health care workers and 320 are children.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on August 10, there have been 81957 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 1922 were fatal, 44359 patients have recovered. During the day, 1008 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
