COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of August 3 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

During the past day, August 2, 355 people sought emergency medical care, 28 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 29 were suspected of having COVID-19.

136 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

51 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 5 of them are medical workers, and 3 are children.

For the past 24hrs, 1 death among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 202 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

2113 patients have recovered.  

Overall, as of 9:00 am on August 3, 2020, 5318 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 692 are health care workers and 283 are children.

As of the morning of July 19, 847 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

3 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

453 people have recovered  

15 persons have died.
  
12 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 358 are on outpatient treatment.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on August 3, there have been 73158 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 1738 were fatal, 39876 patients have recovered. During the day, 990 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
