COVID-19: the situation as of June 30 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

"During the past day, June 29, 370 people sought emergency medical care, 35 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 26 were suspected of having COVID-19" – the director of the Health Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Yelizaveta Birov said.

511 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

97 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 11 of them are medical workers, 5 are children.

For the past 24hrs, four deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 91 patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 have died in the region. 

Overall, as of 9:00 am on June 30, 2020, 2889 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 441 are health care workers and 164 are children. 25186 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out. 943 patients have recovered.

As of the morning of June 30, 558 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

No new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

307 people have recovered  

9 persons have died.
  
20 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 222 are on outpatient treatment.

93 Uzhgorod citizens are in self-isolation

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on June 30, there have been 44334 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 1159 were fatal, 18115 patients have recovered. During the day, 706 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
