As of the morning of June 20, 493 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
12 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have made 8 visits, 44 samples of biological materials have been collected for polymerase chain reaction test.
In Transcarpathia, during the past day, June 19, 109 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19
462 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on June 20, 2020, 2069 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 365 are health care workers and 132 are children. One patient with a diagnosis of COVID-19 died in the past 24 hours. Overall, 54 people with the confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have died. 20234 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out. 842 patients have recovered.
In Ukraine, 841 new patients with coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been registered in the past 24 hours. In total, 35825 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Ukraine.
During the past 24hrs, 9 have patients died, in total – 994. The highest number of fatalities was registered in Rivne (2), Kyiv (2) and Kharkiv (2) regions.
Over the past 24hrs, 373 have people recovered, in total – 16406.
In total, there are 18425 infected currently in Ukraine, which is 459 more than the day before.
