According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on April 24, there have been 9009 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 220 were fatal, 864 patients have recovered. During the day, 392 new cases were confirmed.
Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
Vinnytsia region – 398 cases;
Volyn region – 254 cases;
Dnipropetrovsk region – 310 cases;
Donetsk region – 52 cases;
Zhytomyr region – 351 cases;
Transcarpathian region – 375 cases;
"During the past day, April 26, 366 people sought emergency medical care, 12 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 13 were suspected of having COVID-19" – the director of the Health Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Yelizaveta Birov said.
135 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected;
– 46 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 13 of them are medical workers;
– 12 people with signs of acute respiratory infection and 13 persons suspected of having COVID-19, including 7 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 were hospitalized in health care institutions over the past day;
– Overall, as of 9:00 am on April 27, 2020, 375 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 89 are health care workers and 16 are children. 1581 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out.
– There have been no reported cases of death due to COVID-19 in the past 24hrs, but one patient diagnosed with COVID-19 died in the morning of April 27.

Kirovohrad region – 337 cases;
Kyiv – 1220 cases;
Kyiv region – 570 cases;
Lviv region – 358 cases;
Luhansk region – 29 cases;
Mykolaiv region – 115 cases;
Odesa region – 240 cases;
Poltava region – 173 cases;
Rivne region – 522 cases;
Sumy region – 95 cases;
Ternopil region – 612 cases;
Kharkiv region – 196 cases;
Kherson region – 88 cases;
Khmelnytsky region – 72 cases;
Chernivtsi region – 1375 cases;
Cherkasy region – 267 cases;
Chernihiv region – 35 cases.
The tests were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of April 27, 2020, the Center has received 647 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases.
