COVID-19 in Transcarpathia, Uzhgorod and Ukraine as of 9:00 on May 14

During the past day, 49 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19. One person with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 died in the region. 

Overall, as of 9:00 am on June 14, 2020, 1632 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 320 are health care workers and 107 are children. 17344 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out. 684 patients have recovered.  

In Uzhgorod, as of the morning of May 14, 454 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

6 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours. 68 coronavirus patients are health care workers. 

266 people have recovered

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on May 14, there have been 31154 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 889 were fatal, 14082 patients have recovered. During the day, 648 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:

The tests were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories. As of the morning of June 14, 2020, the Center has received 864 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases. Since the beginning of 2020, a total of 71376 reports of suspected COVID-19 cases has been received.
