Council cancelled simultaneous submission of tax declaration with property and income declaration for individuals

Verkhovna Rada cancelled the simultaneous submission of tax declaration with property, income and expenditure declaration and obligations of financial character for individuals, – informs Ukrainska Pravda.

256 deputies voted for the bill adoption while the minimum voting requirement is 226.

In particular, this document provides the abolition of double declaration of the same income and property figures for individuals, as well as the annual clarification recalculation of income tax procedure.

As it is known, the State Tax Service indicated the increase of submitted income declarations by 11, 2%, or 61, 1 thousand – up to 607, 7 thousand in 2011 by individuals.
