Coronavirus in the Transcarpathian RSA – infection has been confirmed

In Transcarpathia, an employee of the regional state administration was confirmed to have coronavirus. However, no persons contacted by the woman were found to be sick.
An employee of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration has been confirmed to have coronavirus disease.
This was reported by the RSA press service on Sunday.
“One person, an employee of the Transcarpathian RSA, was confirmed to have coronavirus with PCR test. The person has been on vacation since April 1. Heads of the regional administration have had no direct contact with the person. The persons, who have contacted her, have been identifed and biomaterials have been taken for PCR testing,” – the statement said.
Also, later the RSA informed that the results of the PCR tests of the persons, who have contacted the woman, were negative – 12 people were tested.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on April 13, 2020, 92 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 14 are health care workers. There have been no reported cases of COVID-19 deaths in the past 24 hours.
