Cooperation of local communities will be discussed at the Forum in Uzhgorod (PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT)

On March 26, 2016, at 11:00, in the restaurant "Panorama Lounge" there will be a Forum "Cooperation of local communities: a window of opportunities for joint projects" dedicated to the possibilities of territorial cooperation, coordination of strategic plans for local communities, as well as financial possibilities of joint projects related to local government, the zakarpatya@ukr.net informed.

Heads of local self-government bodies of Uzhgorod district and the city of Uzhgorod, representatives of associations of local self-government bodies, as well as experts and representatives of NGOs working in the sphere of local socio-economic development are invited to participate in this event.

Objective: to attract the attention of the heads of Uzhgorod City Council and neighboring governments to the possibility of regional cooperation, the issue of coordination of strategic plans and financial opportunities for joint projects.

The program includes the speech of the vice president of the Association of Cities, Towns and Villages "Transcarpathia – XXI Century" Oleg Luksha, the deputy chief architect of the Transcarpathian region Oleg Borshovsky, moderators and members of Uzhgorod city council and local councils.
