Contraband cigarettes from Ukraine on a homemade watercraft were caught in Slovakia

Slovak border guards continue detaining contraband cigarettes that went "unnoticed" by Ukrainian border guards. This time, Slovak police officers detained a watercraft made of rubber balloons filled with cigarettes – the Slovak media reported. The contraband was detained on the river Uzh, in the village of Pinkovce, two kilometers from the Ukrainian-Slovak border. Unknown persons moved 131 cartons of cigarettes without excise stamps with an estimated cost of more than 4000 euros.
