Contest of beauty and elegance (PHOTOS)

Nearly 100 young ladies wanted to compete for the title of "Mini Miss Uzhgorod" this year. However, after the casting, only 10 of them are left.

The girls, have been "working" on the stage of the PADIYUN (where the event takes place) for weeks, just like adult participating of such competitions. And they, by the way, have not even turned eight…

"Magic pearl-2015" is a jubilee contest – the author of the project Olena Assaul says. – Unfortunately, the first time we organize the event without sponsors and during a difficult time. We even considered not to hold the holiday for girls and their parents, but children should grow up in a world of beauty.  To be raised on the ideals of refinement, elegance, spiritual beauty and rules of etiquette. So we decided not to abandon the tradition and to hold it, as always, in autumn.

However, we do not ignore the events in the East – the woman added – and we introduced a touch of patriotism to the program of contestants – a catwalk in Ukrainian costumes."

Age of contestants is the same – from 5 to 7. The only difference is that, given that it is the 15th jubilee contest Mini Miss Uzhgorod "Magic pearl", its duration will be not one, but two days: Saturday, on November 29 – the competition of finalists, on Sunday, November 30 – Gala concert and awarding ceremony.
