In Svalyava district (at the "Kvitka Polonyny" ski resort lift), on September 7, there will be a festival of border cultures "Hutsul horse in the culture of Eastern Carpathians." The beginning is at 12.00.
The event is held within the CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine (2013-2017), the project "Establishment of the Polish-Ukrainian Hutsul horse breeding and promotion center."
