Cold weather prevented magnolia blossoming in Transcarpathia (VIDEO)

Even the Transcarpathian trademark trees – magnolias – are quarantined this year. 
The flowers on the trees were affected by night frosts. And the Magnolia kobus, which is the first to blossom and slough, is not as lush as usual.
