CNN included Uzhgorod and Mukachevo in the list of the best cities to visit in Ukraine

The list published on the CNN site features 11 Ukrainian cities. 

In Mukachevo, the journalists noted the compact old town with Austro-Hungarian architecture and Palanok Castle. Also, they recommended Mukachevo as a starting point for trips to the Synevyr and Shypit.

As to Uzhgorod, they mentioned the proximity of the city to the Slovak border and rich history. Because in the past 100 years, the regional center of Transcarpathia has belonged to 5 different countries. Of course, they also mentioned the architecture, "Czech functionalist buildings standing nest to classical Hungarian masions, or Russian Orthodox, Catholic and Greek-Catholic churches." 

Also, they recommend tourists to visit the Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life. 

Besides Uzhgorod and Mukachevo, the list also features Lviv, Chernivtsi, Sophia Park in Uman, Kyiv, which now hosts Eurovision, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Odesa and Kamyanets-Podilsky.
