City officials lost the documents for the “Chervona ruzha”?

"It seems that Uzhgorod city council lost the documents for the part of the "Chervona ruzha" complex which they are going to sell," – journalist Yaroslav Hulan noted in his facebook.

He writes, "therefore, at the tomorrow’s meeting of the executive committee Kasperov will be asking for a duplicate to quickly sell the property belonging to Uzhgorod citizens. By the way, the price has not been made public, so I will have to use the information request." And he refers to the draft decision for tomorrow’s executive committee: "On the issuance of a duplicate certificate of title to real property."
