City lights on Voloshin street have expired their term. Should we expect a dismantling? (PHOTOS)

The post of a journalist Vitaliy Hlahola in the group "Uzhgorod" on facebook caused a wave of joyful emotions.

He has published photos of the city lights, which "decorate" one of the main streets of the historical center – Voloshin – and which have long been the subject of the debates in the community.

The inscription on the city light in question states that it is installed under the permit, which is valid until 05.10.2014. 

"Good news. From today, the city lights on Voloshin street are illegal. The agreement for them was valid until October 5, 2014. As far as I know, it was not prolonged. You can begin to dismantle them" – Vitaliy Hlahola says.

Members of the "Uzhgorod" group immediately drew attention of the Municipal Police officers to this fact – in anticipation that the street will finally get a chance to get rid of the advertising garbage. Because Voloshin street, where the ancient charm of Uzhgorod with its unique architectural eclecticism has preserved here and where, must get rid of cluttering advertising and develop as a jewel of the city.

Moreover, active citizens are not only looking forward to the dismantling of the advertising garbage, but also willing to help with it.
