The photo contest "City accents" is gaining momentum. The terms of the contest are very democratic. The jury chaired by Serhiy Hudak promise adequate judgement both in the pro category and among amateur photographers.
After all, as one of the co-organizers of the contest Oleksandr Popovich (Project "Mustard Seed") said: "One hundred thousand people live in Uzhgorod. At least 25 thousands of them take pictures with their mobile phones. They are already photographers. Our contest is open for them too."
