Chubirko suggests how to overcome the heat

Transcarpathian Regional Council Chairman Volodymyr Chubirko spoke on the literally hottest topic in Ukraine these days.

"This week, forecasters predict the hottest days in decades. Therefore, residents of the region should do everything possible to protect themselves from the negative effects of heat," – he posted on his facebook.

The Chairman of the Regional Council advises countrymen: "First of all, managers of public institutions should optimize the working hours of their subordinates and do everything possible to reduce the time of the subordinates’ work outdoors.

I will suggest medical institutions and social protection services to intensify the work with older people these days, because they are at risk the most."

The elementary safety rules must be applied in pre-schools in order to survive these hot days – Chubirko says.
