Chronicles of mismanagement. Garbage under the bridge – who is responsible?

A reader sent Uzhgorod.in a report about garbage in the city center, under the bridge.

"Walking across the pedestrian bridge from Teatralna to Petofi square, I noticed the AVE workers doing something under the bridge. I stopped and watched them for a while. It turns out that in the morning, when the AVE workers clean the surrounding area, they bring some garbage bags under the pedestrian bridge on the side of Petofi square.

There, they sort it out, take what they need, and the rest is being piled up under the bridge. Perhaps I would not have noticed it if it had not been for a group of tourists from the Czech Republic who were standing on Teatralna square and discussing it…
