Children will be told about the united country

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommends to start a new school year of 2014-2015 with the first lesson on "Ukraine is one country" and reminds that the school year traditionally starts on the 1st of September. 

The purpose of the first class, the department of information activity and public relations of the RSA informs, is the formation of students’ understanding of the unity and integrity of Ukraine, its multinational people as a national idea of ​​a free, independent, democratic and prosperous state.

The topics of these lessons should be courage of Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers, their loyalty to the oath to the Ukrainian people, willingness to give their lives for peace in Ukraine, as well as heroism of ordinary Ukrainians who help to provide the troops with safety equipment, medicines, food.

"We have sent relevant letters of recommendations to all departments of Transcarpathia to hold meetings with combatants, volunteers, and where possible to visit soldiers who were wounded as a result of combat missions as part of the ATO and are undergoing rehabilitation. To organize performances of children’s creative groups, writing letters to soldiers within the national campaign "Letter to the wounded," – the deputy director of the department – the head of the pre-school, secondary and non-formal education department of the RSA Hanna Sopkova told the "Novyny Zakarpattya".
