Children’s festival “Tisa – the younger sister of the Danube” started today

Children’s Festival "Tisa – the younger sister of the Danube" was opened today, on June 29 in the village of Kvasovo in Beregovo district. It is the sixth time that Transcarpathia joins the celebration of the Danube Day, which is a common pan-European event. Its main purpose is raising ecological awareness of citizens. 200 children from different parts of Transcarpathia are expected to take part in the festival.
