Chernobyl disaster liquidators will be honored in Uzhgorod (Announcement)

On Friday, April 26, the solemn commemoration of the heroes-liquidators of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster will be held in Uzhgorod.

At 11.30, a rally-requiem with the participation of the leaders of the region and the city, representatives of NGOs and law-enforcement agencies will begin at the monument to the Chernobyl disaster liquidators on Druzhba Narodiv Square.
