Chefs are invited to the fish soup festival in Beregovo

On September 25-27, the Days of the European Culture in Beregovo will be held. One of the events will be the fish soup cooking competition (in Hung. "halászlé"). This year, the competition is organized by the charity fund to protect historical and cultural values ​​of Beregovo "900 years Beregszasz." Its chairman, Yosyp Galayda told our newspaper that he had received an offer and decided to do it.The event will be called "Beregszászi halászléfőző verseny 2015" (Beregovo fish soup cooking competition 2015). It is known that the Hungarians have their own special recipes of "halászlé."

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, in the park "Oasis" (the beginning is at 10.00, and the election of the winner is at 12.00). The organizers say that they would provide the participants with firewood and drinking water, but they will have to take care about ingredients for fish soup cooking themselves. The international jury will evaluate the dish.

And finally, chefs, that will take three top laces, will receive valuable prizes that will be presented by the Mayor Zoltan Babyak.
