As we announced, cheese and snail tasting took place today in the skansen. The eco-farm "Rako" offered visitors and journalists a wide selection of goat’s cheeses and snail dishes.
The organizers of the presentation, Fedir Sandor and farmer Volodymyr Herzanych, described in detail the products of the eco-farm "Rako" and presented its assortment. The visitors were able to taste several kinds of goat cheese and snail delicacies, as well as choose "snail runners", give them names and root for their participant of the competition.
The results of the top three snails in the 37 cm race are as follows: Zhenya – 22 minutes, Miron – 22 minutes 20 sec., Katerina – 23 minutes 10 sec.
