Chairman of the DEC № 71 was taken by ambulance, revised protocols have come out of nowhere – observers

Already in the morning Stepan Derkach was noticed near the DEC, occasionally coming in and out of the room talking with someone on the phone. About 12 o’clock the members of the commission started packing protocols and documentation to send to the CEC. The commission members tried to get freelance correspondents out of the room. Meanwhile, the revised protocols, that were not adopted at the final meeting of the commission, were found.

The final meeting of the commission was closed on October 30. The people present at the meeting told that the revised protocols came out of nowhere. Lawyers again reminded the DEC chairman of liability for violating the law. They stressed: violation of the law is punishable by imprisonment for up to 4 years. Obviously, the chairman of DEC could not stand the pressure.   They called an ambulance for her, doctors hospitalized Olga Kadar. Members of the commission drew up an act of hospitalization of the chairman of the DEC.
