Centennial Uzhgorod linguistic school will have to wait for repairs

As the Mayor Victor Pogorelov informed uzhgorod.in after the extraordinary meeting of the executive committee, the repair of the facade of the linguistic school (known as the first school) was postponed. 
The Mayor continues to blame it on the City Department of Capital Construction (which until recently was headed by Igor Truckavetsky).
"Due to all those problems that have occurred because of the work of the Department of Capital Construction, we cannot repair the school now. In such weather – cold, sleet – this can not be done." 
The Mayor also said: "But after conducting a tender, we will use the money for domestic works," without specifying exactly when and what.
It should be noted that they already allocated money to repair the school, but because of delays in paperwork and then in repairs, the funds are not going to be used in time and the money allocated for this should be returned to the regional budget.
