For over 10 years Keiko Matsui wears the title of “The most successful jazz pianist of America” and is considered the most popular female jazz performer in the world. The concert will take place on November 11 at 19.00 in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic.
September 30 – “BEREG FEST 2012”. Place of the festival – Beregovo.
September 23 – Sports Festival ‘Uzhgorod Top Ten.” The event will be held at the Theater Square. This year’s route length is 27 km which a kind of half-marathon. Beginning at 11 am.

September 18 – folk festival “Kvasivsky lizhnyk” is held in Kvasy village, Rakhiv district.
September 15-16, at 10:00 am starts the Festival of Traditional Folk Art “Yavorovi husla.” The Festival is held in Drahovo village of Khust district.
Within 7 days (13,16,18, 20, 23, 25, September 27) of the festival concerts will be given by prize-winning organists of international contests from Ukraine, Hungary and Slovakia.
This year the holiday of shepherds returning from the Carpathian highlands is scheduled for September 1 – 2.
Traditional rafting along the river of Uzh on floating device of different designs ‘Uzhgorod Regatta 2012’ will take place on August 12, 2012 in Uzhgorod.
August 26, Lekvar festival will take place in Hecha, Beregovo district. (Lekvar – a very thick, sometimes coarse jam of pure ripe fruit).
