Catch of the day: two Transcarpathians caught in the Tisa river a catfish weighing more than 5 kilograms

According to the boys, the weight of the fish is 5-6 kg.

Catfish is the largest freshwater fish in Ukraine. Their length can reach 5 m and weight 100 kg, the site of the city of Uzhgorod informs. 

In recent years, catfish weighing more than 100 kg have not been caught. There is a lot of information about giant catfish, reaching 250-300 kg, but there is no documentary evidence of such fish.
