Today, 10.07.2016, the inspectors of the State Transport Safety Inspectorate exposed the misuse of a car with foreign registration.
A citizen of Ukraine was using the temporarily imported vehicle as a taxi. The report on violation of the terms and rules of international road transportation was made under Article 133-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
The State Transport Safety Inspectorate reminds citizens about the requirements of Art. 380 of the CCU, in particular, that vehicles temporarily imported for personal use may be used in the customs territory of Ukraine only by citizens of Ukraine who imported them, for personal use only, and can not be used for business activities in Ukraine.
