“Carpathian Ukraine-2019”: the All-Ukrainian festival will take place in Transcarpathia

On October 17-19, the 3rd All-Ukrainian festival Carpathian Ukraine-2019 will be held in Rakhiv.
The event will include public lectures at educational institutions, an exhibition of art posters, a history debate involving scholars, and other patriotic actions and performances.
A prayer-assembly is scheduled for Saturday, October 19 to honor the heroes of the Carpathian Ukraine. Patriotic songs will be performed on the square in front of the District House of Culture.
The festival is dedicated to the establishment of a Ukrainian government headed by Augustine Voloshin, the organization of the People’s Defense "Carpathian Sich" (1938-2018) and the anniversary of the formation of a separate volunteer company "Carpathian Sich" and its participation in war in eastern Ukraine.
