Candidates to the regional council from the Party of Regions (list)

On Friday, February 1, the XVIII Transcarpathian regional party conference of the Party of Regions was held, the delegates whereof approved the list of candidates from the Party of Regions, who will be competing for the seats in the Transcarpathian regional council in the midterm elections to be held on March 3.

The Chairman of the Transcarpathian regional organization of the Party of Regions, Oleksandr Ledyda briefed those present on certain provisions of the election law of Ukraine, concerning, in particular, nomination of the candidates by parties, and proposed to the delegates (who by their decision were to approve the names of participants in the electoral process) the following nominations:

Constituency № 5 (Mukachevo) – Chubyrko Ivan, a member of the Party of Regions, deputy of Mukachevo City Council, Deputy Director of Limited Liability Company "Resource-Invest-Service";

Constituency № 22 (Vinogradiv district) – Ivashko Arthur, member of the Party of Regions, entrepreneur;

Constituency № 29 (Irshava district) – Kovbasko Vasyl, a member of the Party of Regions, the head of Irshava District Administration;

Constituency № 36 (Mukachevo district) – Sadvari Yuri, a member of the Party of Regions, Deputy Chief of Veterinary Medicine Department in Transcarpathian region;

Constituency № 51 (Uzhgorod district) – Antal Oleksandr, a member of the Party of Regions, the head of the State Land Agency in Transcarpathian region.

The conference delegates approved these nominations unanimously.
