It will be built by a new company, which will be established by the utility company "Chyste Misto" and the company "AVE". Each of the founders will have a 50% stake in the new company.
It is planned to build the plant by the end of summer, and the waste, that is dumped at the city landfill, will be recycled there. These plans were announced during the session of the City Council by the Mayor Andriy Baloha. In addition, a biogas processing plant will be built at the landfill.
The payback period of the new project is 4 years.
