The regional administration has developed the plan of measures to commemorate the defenders of Ukraine. First of all, it is planned to create a database of graves of deceased persons who have participated in the defense of Ukraine during the anti-terrorist operation. By 2017, a memorial to Heroes will be erected in Uzhgorod.
On the official website of the Regional State Administration, there will be a section about the National Memorial "Heroes do not die", indicating the burial places of soldiers who participated in the defense of Ukraine during the anti-terrorist operation.
Also, it is planned to organize patronage of burial places (tombs) of the defenders of Ukraine during the Second World War and during the anti-terrorist operation by educational institutions, military units, culture institutions.
