Bus for the elite? (PHOTO)

On July 30, the pre-election campaign will start in Ukraine, however, the regional deputy A.E. Andreev is getting ready for it in advance. He has even introduced a bus in the regional center of Transcarpathia, which will carry only a certain part of the citizens for free – probably his potential electorate – residents of the “novyj” neighborhood.
