Boxing and rhythmic gymnastics competitions were held in Transcarpathia

At the sports complex "Yunist" in Uzhgorod, the open championship of the region and the XIV International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament "Transcarpathian Sakura" was held. 10 teams and 110 athletes participated in the competition. Maria Medynska from Uzhgorod became the absolute champion of the tournament. The winners were awarded with diplomas, medals and cups.

And in the sports complex "Ippon", recently there was open boxing championship of Uzhgorod among boys. 60 athletes from Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Beregovo, Khust, Chop, Irshava participated in the competition. The team of Mukachevo won the first place, Uzhgorod – the second, and Khust – the third. Winners were awarded with medals and diplomas of the Department of Culture, Sport, Youth and Family of Uzhgorod City Council, as well as with prizes from Uzhgorod City Boxing Federation.
