Border guards will tell about border crossing during the holidays

On Thursday, April 30, at 13.00, in Uzhgorod Press Club, in order to inform the public about strengthening of the security measures and border crossing procedure during the May holidays, officers of the Chop Border Guard Detachment will provide explanations of the security measures to be taken by the border guard agency during the May holidays.

The focus will be on the idea that these activities are aimed, primarily, to enhance security, namely to prevent provocations at the state border, to prevent infiltration of terrorists and provocateurs, trafficking of arms and other prohibited items.

– Major Serhiy Shinkaryov, the Deputy Chief of the Border Control Department of the Chop Border Guard Detachment Staff;

– Stanislav Schukh, freelance press secretary of the Chop Border Guard Detachment.
