A knife with signs of melee weapons was found yesterday at the checkpoint "Vylok" by border guards of the Mukachevo detachment together with officers of the SFS.
A 47-year-old Hungarian citizen tried to illegally carry the weapon across the border. The man arrived at the checkpoint by a van Ford. During an in-depth inspection of the foreigner’s car, law enforcement officers found in the front door pocket for small things a knife with a total length of 30 cm.
Customs officers have drawn up a report on detection of a knife with signs of melee weapons. The knife was seized from the foreigner in accordance with the the established procedure.
