Yesterday, August 26, at midnight, border guards of the Border Guard Service department "Dilove" prevented another attempt of tobacco smuggling, the press service of Mukachevo border guard detachment informed.
Border patrol detected two unidentified persons moving towards the border using a thermal imager. Noticing the border guards, the offenders left the 4 packages of tobacco products and ran away.
The packages of tobacco products, which containted nearly two thousand packs of cigarettes "MARBLE" were taken to the Border Guard Service Department. Currently, the measures to identify the persons involved in the offense are being taken.
