Yesterday, a truck RENAULT with a trailer driven by a citizen of Ukraine tried to leave to Hungary through the checkpoint "Tisa". During the inspection of the vehicle with the help of a sniffer dog, border guards suspected the driver in transportation of drugs. Together with officers of the SFS, border guard sent the vehicle for an in-depth inspection. As a result of the inspection, the border guard and customs inspection group found in the bottom under the fuel tank a hidden package attached to the frame of the truck with a magnet. It contained a green substance, possibly drug, which was sent for examination.
The truck detained at the checkpoint until the circumstances are clarified.
