Border guards did not let children out of Transcarpathia

On the Ukrainian-Slovak border, border guards prevented an attempt of illegal export of children.

Officers of Chop border guard detachment prevented an attempt of illegal export of children abroad at the checkpoint "Tisa".

During the inspection of citizens, border guards noticed a woman with two minor children. In addition to passport documents, our compatriot provided a power of attorney from the father of the children. However, border guards found out that the document had been issued in violation of the rules, because the husband at the time of issuance was abroad.

The police was informed. Currently, all the circumstances of the offense are being established.
