Border guards detained in Transcarpathia two offenders in wet clothes and diving suits

Last night, in Rakhiv region of Transcarpathian region, on the bank of the Tisa River, which forms the border with Romania, border guards detained two locals in wet clothes and diving suits.

Border guard patrol of the department "Dilove" of the Mukachevo Detachment, using night vision device, detected unknown persons moving across the river. Border guards detained the offenders. They were dressed in wet clothes over diving suits, had no documents on them, but reported that they were citizens of Ukraine. During the detention, border guards were approached by a local woman, who began to express indignation about the detention. A few minutes later, a car drove at the scene, and the driver started filming everything that was going on with his cell phone. At that time, one of the offenders fell into the snow and said that he was sick. Officers of the State Border Guard Service decided to immediately take the man to the hospital. However, on the way there, he refused from medical examination and said that he was feeling fine. 

Both detainees were taken to the Department of Border Guard Service "Dilove" to draw up reports on administrative violations under Part 2 of Article 204 of the CoAO. The case file was submitted to the court.
