Eight illegal immigrants were arrested during the past two days as a result of activities under the joint operation "Frontier-2015," the press service of the SBS informed.
Three offenders without documents were stopped 50 meters from by border guards if the department "Kosyno" of the Mukachevo Detachment. The unknown men were spotted using a thermal imager. During the filtration measures, the detainees reported that they came from Syria.
Also yesterday, during a search operation, border guards of the department "Velyky Berezny" of the Chop detachment detained near the border a citizen of Armenia.
