Border guards detained an illegal immigrant from Georgia in the forest

Yesterday morning, border guards from the Chop detachment detained a foreigner who was trying to get to Slovakia bypassing checkpoints. 
An unknown person was noticed by a border patrol near the village of Huta, Uzhgorod district. The man was walking through the woods, trying to reach the border unnoticed. He had a travel passport of a Georgian citizen.
The detainee was taken to the border guard unit to establish the circumstances of the offense and bring him to administrative responsibility. The decision in his case will be made by the court.
