Book of Complaints and Suggestions will be launched in Transcarpathia

The Transcarpathian Tourist Information Center is working on collecting complaints and suggestions from tourists who have visited Transcarpathia during the spring and May holidays in 2015.

This information is extremely important, in the future it will be a source of information on developing proposals to improve the work of the hospitality industry institutions in Transcarpathia.

NOTE: please send your comments and suggestions at office@tourinform.org.ua

Note: in the subject line, please specify the complaint / suggestion and the name of the facility.

Also, specify in the letter the following:

• name and address of the facility
• what you are complaining about, for example – an event or activity, service, accommodation, food
• your comments on the work of guides, waiters, hotel workers, carriers, museums.
• date of stay
• initials (optional)

The most common complaints and claims will be published on http://tourinform.org.ua/ and sent to managers of the mentioned institutions.
