The competition-festival of butchers will be held on February 11 in the village of Hecha in Beregovo district. The participants will show how to handle a pig carcass and what to cook with its meat. It will be a bit bloody, but very tasty! Usually, the unique holiday takes place even in most severe weather conditions.
