The fire brigade of the city of Nyiregyhaza and the municipal fire brigades of the surrounding villages, as well as the management of the Emergencies Service are fighting the fire with all the means at their disposal. The firefighters are working on two sides, trying to contain the fire. The operation is hampered by a strong wind.
